Verizon: No Truce Yet, But Strike Delayed

Union workers for Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) have agreed not to go on strike yet, since talks appeared to improve in their favor over the weekend.

Who knows how long the truce will last? These kinds of negotiations can move a step forward, then take two steps back in an instant.
